My baby sister is bringing her baby into the world as I type…distraction was paramount today. Luckily, we had Erika and Mila and most importantly, bubbles.

Ian cries when he is frustrated. Not an original toddler trait I realize. Still, it can be unnerving. The majority of frustration cries this week have come from wanting to put on and wear our shoes, which he calls “zoos”. I think he’s figured it out. Nary a cry.
