mandyunruh Yes, we do DVD workouts. Yes, we’re total dorks, but it’s SO much easier than going to the gym or yoga studio when you have a baby. Plus, Ian provides extra resistance (obviously, have you seen how ripped we are? Babies are the best workout ever).
Watch out. I like to call this video, “If I Can’t Have You” And this one, “Look at ME daddy” (I swear he says daddy) Now I just need to remember to turn the phone sideways so it doesn’t look like I’m filming in a closet.
